The Oswin guide

Getting started

Pick one of the three factions: Varanthi, Korvane or Ignari. You keep it for the whole season.

Then choose where to settle. The game recommends the region with the fewest neighbours, but you can pick any of the four.

Your village

Your village runs on four resources: wood, clay, iron and food. Fields and pits produce them around the clock, even when the tab is closed.

Buildings go into a build queue and finish in real time. The storehouse caps how much you can hold, so level it before resources go to waste.

Your hero

Every ruler leads with a hero. The calling decides how the hero fights all season: the Steward boosts production and plunder, the Champion hits hardest on attack, and the Oracle counters cavalry and saves wounded beside a Hospital.

Send your hero on adventures to bring home swords, helms, boots, ointments and scrolls. Adventurer's Chests print their odds right under the button.

Training troops

Each faction trains its own five units: an attacker, a defender, a scout, a cavalry unit and a settler. Settlers found new villages. Training takes time and resources, and runs in a queue like buildings.

Marches and battles

Every army movement is a march across the map. Choose attack, scout or reinforce. The defender sees the march coming, and you have 90 seconds to recall it after sending.

Every battle writes a report for both sides: who fell and what was carried home. Build a Hospital so part of every fallen army comes back as wounded you can heal.

Alliances

Alliances are invite only and hold up to 60 rulers. Members share a board and mail, set diplomacy with other alliances and get defence alerts when a member is under attack.

Market and trade

Post or accept offers on the Market. Merchants carry the goods across the map in real time, so distance matters. Some offers can be limited to your alliance.

Weekly boards and daily missions

Each week starts a fresh race on the Top 10 boards for Attackers, Defenders, Climbers and Robbers. Medals are yours for good. Daily missions take about five minutes.

Seasons and the planned airdrop

A season is one shared world played from start to end. A planned Oswin token airdrop pays rulers by their share of the season, shown live on the in-game Payout tab. You don't need a wallet to play; link one before the season ends to be included. The token, chain and dates will be announced on X first. Details to come.

Fair play

One account per person. Accounts that share a device are linked, and flagged accounts are held out of the planned airdrop. Never share your seed phrase with anyone.

Stay safe: We never DM first, and never ask for a seed phrase, a password or a payment. Only trust links posted from @oswinweb3.
